Paradise Beach Rentals Cancellation policy & COVID-19 Updates
[Updated 6/27/2020] – This page will be updated to share what we are doing to address COVID-19 regarding our cancellation policy & new cleaning procedures.
COVID-19 Cases in Walton and Bay Counties:
Walton County as of June 27th, has reported 210 Cases since early March 2020 (3 1/2 Months).
Bay County as of June 27th, has reported 305 Cases since early March 2020 (3 1/2 Months).
For reservations booked before June 16th, 2020, with check-in dates of June 27th and beyond, our standard cancellation policy applies which is:
- Cancelations made with less than 120 days, but greater than 60 days prior to check in, you will receive back 1/2 of the total cost of the entire reservation. So if you paid 100% of the costs early on, you will receive 1/2 back. What this means is if you only put down 50% at time of booking, that amount is half of the total cost and thereby not refundable with less than 120 days until check in unless we are able to rebook the property for the exact dates you are cancelling and at the same rate you paid.
- Cancelations made with less than 60 days until check in there are no refunds. You will not be refunded unless we are able to rebook the property for the exact dates you are cancelling and at the same rate.

IF THE COUNTY SHUTS DOWN THE BEACHES OR SHORT TERM VACATION RENTALS GET BANNED IN WALTON OR BAY COUNTY AGAIN, WE WILL ISSUE 100% CREDITS [OR REFUNDS MINUS A PROCESSING FEE] FOR THE EXACT DATES THAT ARE IMPACTED DURING THOSE CONDITIONS.
