This comfortable Laguna Beach home sleeps 17 in beds and up to 21 when using the two queen sleeper sofas. Within the fully-fenced back yard is a private, salt water pool, which is a generous 13 ft by 26 ft.
This property features two kitchens (one on each floor) with custom-cut granite countertops, custom-made cabinets with easy shut doors and drawers, stainless steel appliances, and both kitchen islands have seating! Both kitchens are fully stocked with all eating and cooking utensils that you may need, including a crock pot, pots, pans and more!
Both the 1st and 2nd Floor living rooms feature large flat screen 4K TVs with 3D! 3D glasses (provided). Just bring your favorite movie to enjoy! The couches in each living room both pull out into queen size sleeper sofas. The second floor also features a bonus room, which has stairs leading down to the pool area.
Located in the one car garage is an additional shower to rinse off, the electric golf cart, and an assortment of beach gear available to use during your stay (fluctuates between renters). Also in the garage is the front loader washer and dryer for the 1st floor laundry (2nd Floor Washer & Dryer is in the Bonus Room).
